Ashwini Ayurvedic Medical College & Research Centre was set up in the year 2004.The College is approved by AYUSH, Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore. Ashwini Ayurvedic college provides excellent training and research facilities with a team of dedicated faculty, full pledged Laboratories, Demonstrative Herbal garden, Pharmacy and 200 bedded hospital.
The Institute provides well equipped, very spacious, classrooms provided with advanced teaching aids, including Audio Visual Power point presentation. The College possesses a well equipped laboratory with all modern equipment and aides. The laboratory is open for the students in college hours. The college has a well equipped library with a good collection of books to cater to the needs of all students for collection, organization and dissemination of information. A well designed auditorium, capable of accommodating over 200 students at a time has been constructed, keeping all the needs of the students like conducting seminars, guest lecturers and other extra curricular activities. Students will receive clinical training at Ashwini Hospital. During training period, students are assigned hospital duties for their clinical experience in various departments.
