The College of Engineering Vadakara (CEV) was established in the year 1999. CEV is located at Kurunthodi in Maniyur village 13 km away from Vadakara town along the Palayad – Maniyur road.
The College of Engineering Vadakara (CEV) was established in the year 1999. CEV is located at Kurunthodi in Maniyur village 13 km away from Vadakara town along the Palayad – Maniyur road. CEV is situated on the hilltop of “Kakoramala” in Kozhikode district. The college is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college has 4 year B Tech course. Various departments of B Tech are Robotics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Instrumentation Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
The college has excellent infrastructure facilities to its students. All faculties are well qualified and experienced in their field of study. The college has good spacious library having wide collection of resources. For transportation, the students and staff get transportation facility managed by the college bus committee. A canteen is running in the college premises and around 150 students and 30 staff can be accommodated at a time.
College hostel is running inside the campus with a capacity of 200 students. In addition to this, a hostel is running in a building located within 800 meters from the campus by taking it on lease. All these hostels are under the control of college authorities.
