Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering was established in the year 2002 is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University. College is functioning with Aeronautical, Automobile, Construction, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering Industries largely for the benefit of the students and society.
The college has full-fledged infrastructure facilities such as buildings, laboratories, hostels, sports etc. and provides better learning environment to the students through the dedicated, efficient and well qualified faculty. College has a good spacious library having wide collection of reference materials, books, records, national and international magazines and journals. The fully computerized system with barcode facilities makes library procedures easy and on-par with international standards. The library also has the facility of searching the books and journals, online using the Library Open Access System. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Spacious rooms with attached bath are available in both the hostels. Spacious and modern kitchen that caters to the needs of hostel residents and serving deliciously healthy and nutritious food.
