The college offers a comprehensive range of academic programs, including seven full-fledged undergraduate programs, six part-time undergraduate programs, ten postgraduate programs, and Ph.D. research programs in engineering. Additionally, the institution extends its academic offerings with undergraduate and postgraduate programs in architecture, as well as a postgraduate program in computer applications (MCA).
Government College of Engineering, Thrissur, is currently affiliated with the University of Calicut and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
