The college is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The college has 4 year B. Tech courses such as Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
The college has qualified and dedicated faculties who conducting the classes and the college has a library having huge collection of books, magazines, journals etc. The library serves the needs of the students and staff of the college. A book bank is also functioning in the library for SC/ST students. The College has 4 college buses for transportation of the students and staff from Mananthavady to the college campus. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. The Hostel accommodation is available to all students. Boys hostel has 60 rooms and can accommodate 240 students. The girls hostel has 80 rooms and can accommodate 320 students. The students should strict rules and regulations in the hostel. Both the hostels are well furnished and are equipped with a dining hall and the students get 24 hours hot water facility for drinking purpose.
