BMLT stands for Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology. BMLT is a 3 year course that focuses on providing advanced knowledge in basic and complex laboratory techniques. Students after completion of BMLT learn to conduct tests on patients to aid in treating diseases. They form an allied healthcare service that helps with the detection and treatment of diseases. BMLT Admission is based on the candidate’s scores in the entrance exam, which are JIPMER, JNUEE, etc. Some other colleges offer admissions based on the merit score in the last qualifying examination. BMLT Eligibility to pursue the course is a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent in Class 10+2 from any recognized board.
