KMC acquired Seahorse Hospital - a public limited company in the year 2008 & since then it has been functioning as KMC Speciality hospital - a 200 bed multispecialty facility. The KMC Speciality hospital has renamed as Kauvery Hospital in the year 2012. The college is affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and approved by Government of Tamil Nadu. The college at Kauvery Hospital constantly strive for quality and innovation. The college offers various courses. B.Sc. Physician Assistant or Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant is a 3-year course. It is a medical programme, and as the BSc Physician assistant course duration is 3 years, the students will get an undergraduate after completing the course. Bachelor in Science (Dialysis Technology) is a three year degree course in the School of Allied Health Sciences which prepares students to become trained dialysis technicians who provide strong paramedical support system to hospitals.
