KMCT College of Engineering (KMCTCEW) for Women was established in the year 2009 under the aegis of Kunhitharuvai Memorial Charitable Trust (KMCT) and the college is situated at Kalanthodu in Kozhikode district.

The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Calicut University. KMCT College of Engineering for Women offers three B. Tech programmes namely Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering. College offers various facilities to the students.
Expert and highly qualified faculties are conducting the classes. A good spacious library is functioning inside the campus. It has a huge collection of books and other resources. Anti Ragging Cell is constituted in the College as per the directions of AICTE and KTU. College provides cocurricular activities to students such as games, sports and other activities for their all round development. It helps for their physical and mental development development. The institutions have a fleet of buses for the students who are residing various parts in and around Kozhikode city. Hostel facilities are provided for the students. Hostels are monitored by experienced wardens along with the faculties residing in the hostel. Mess facilities are available for students residing in the hostel so the students get tasty and hygienic food in hostel. Staff maintain the kitchen and dining hall in neat and clean.
