Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology has been approved by the Govt of Kerala and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. The college has 4 year B Tech course with different specializations such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronic & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering. College also has M Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Experienced and dedicated faculties are conducting the classes and the college uses modernized technologogies in its laboratories for providing better Engineering education.The college has excellent residential facilities for the students. There are two hostels in the campus. St. Thomas Hostel for Boys and Assisi Hostel for Girls. Every student has access to a wide range of activities, facilities and support. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited by law (Kerala prohibition of Ragging Act 1998 section 3 which makes ragging Punishable). The college has convenient transportation facility for the students and staff members.
