Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences was established in the year 2005. The College offers 5 year MBBS Course having an intake of 150 seats and 2 year Post Graduate Courses - M D Forensic Science, M.D Microbiology, M.S Obstetrics & Gynaecology . The College is approved y Government of Karnataka, Indian Medical Council and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
The Classrooms are equipped with modem teaching aids and provided with comfort and safe environment for learning. The College has a vast library with wide collection of books, Journals, magazines, national and international reference materials etc. The students get proper clinical training and practical in various hospitals. The College has a hygienic canteen which offers quality food, juices and snacks to students, faculties and other staff at reasonable cost. Hostel facilities are also provided for the students. Students get a homely atmosphere in hostel and they get all the essential amenities in hostel.
