The administration of the Polytechnic College is overseen by a Governing Council, comprising dignitaries representing diverse interests. The Vice-Chancellor of Annamalai University serves as the Chairman of the Governing Council and Correspondent of the Polytechnic College, while the Principal holds the position of the member Secretary of the Governing Council. This structure ensures effective management and governance, guiding the institution in fulfilling its educational mission.
