Narayana College of Physiotherapy was established in the year 2003 and located in the Narayana Medical college campus under the Narayana Educational society, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The College is affiliated with Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences and approved by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists.

In 2009, the postgraduate Master of Physiotherapy course was started. MPT has 3 specialties such as Orthopedics, Neurology & Cardiopulmonary diseases. BPT is a course which has 4 years duration with 6 months compulsory internship. The college has an annual intake of 50 seats for BPT. For admission, the candidates should have passed 2 years Intermediate Examination (10 + 2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology which includes a practical test in each subject.
The library of Narayana Medical College was established in the year 1999. Library was updated with the latest information to meet the needs of UG students, PG students and staff. Library has wide collection of Textbooks, magazines, journals etc.. The laboratories are well equipped with modern facilities and has been furnished beautifully.
The college has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Narayana Medical College hostels aims to provide best facilities for a safe and secure stay and to provide a homely atmosphere for the students. The students get nutritious and hygienic food to all. In addition to this, the staff always maintain the hostel and its surroundings clean. The warden, caretakers ,supervisors, other attendants and maintenance staff are for supporting and helping the students residing in hostel.
