RV College offers both under graduate and post graduate programme and RV College of Physiotherapy trains the students to become skillful, Competent, and service-oriented professionals. Physiotherapy education focus the students to perform evidence base learning with safety measures in an effective manner.
In addition to this, students are exposed to clinical postings to enhance the knowledge of clinical practices and develop effective communicational skills with other health care professionals and students are trained to interact with patients. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a professional course duration is 4 ½ years, consisting of 4 years of study and 6 months of compulsory internship. This course consists of various subjects pertaining to medial and physiotherapeutic studies with moral values. For admissions, candidates who have passed pre-university examination (10+2 or any other equivalent examination recognized by the board) with a minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects with English as a subject of study.
The college has well equipped and spacious library, which offers students with all the reference material, needed for deep study. The library also subscribes for national and international journals . Apart from this, library has a subscription for various magazines, newspapers and periodicals to encourage reading habit among students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls that are comfortable and safe to every students. Homely environment with medical checkup and treatment is provided in case of any emergencies.
