Sarvajanik College of Physiotherapy was established in the year 2001 at Surat district in Gujarat. The College offers 4 year BPT course having an intake of 20 seats in 2001 and now it becomes 47 seats per year.
Sarvajanik College of Physiotherapy was established in the year 2001 at Surat district in Gujarat. The College offers 4 year BPT course having an intake of 20 seats in 2001 and now it becomes 47 seats per year. The College also provides 2 year MPT Course having an intake of 12 seats in 5 specializations. The Specializations includes MPT in Musculoskeletal Sciences, MPT in Neurological sciences, MPT in Rehabilitation Sciences, MPT in Cardiopulmonary Sciences. The College is affiliated to Gujarat University and approved by Indian Association of Physiotherapists(IAP), New delhi.
The Campus offers students six months period of compulsory rotatory internship in various clinical departments based in the college campus and In-patient department based in the Lockhat Mulla Sarvajanik Hospital. The College encourages and support the students in continuous physiotherapy education, skill enhancement and hands on training. The Campus has all facilities and requirements as per the University norms. Also Hostel with hygienic food facility is available to the students inside the Campus.
