Smt. Shantagauri Rasiklal Shah College of Physiotherapy - Mehsana

Smt Shantagauri Rasiklal Shah College of Physiotherapy was established in the year 2014 and it is located at Kadi in Mehsana district. The College is the first Physiotherapy College of Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. SRS college of Physiotherapy is approved by Government of Gujarat and recognized by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists. The college offers 4 year Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme with an annual intake of 50 seats and course duration of four year academic studies and 6 months compulsory internship. College has tie up with various multispecialty, orthopedic, cardiology & neurology hospitals. Bachelor of Physiotherapy course is related with the body movement and its functions of , physical disorder, disability, healing and treatments. It also includes diagnosis of physical and mental conditions using physical agents including exercise, mechanical and electrotherapy, diagnosis, treatment and prevention. SRS Institute of physiotherapy has excellent infrastructure with well furnished classrooms helps to maintain maximum possible interaction between teachers and students . College has good spacious library having physiotherapy & Rehabilitation magazines, journals and books to meet the academic needs of every students. SRCP has attachments with various multispecialty and government hospitals for providing training to the students. The college has separate hostels for boys and girls which enables maximum safety and security to all the students residing in hostel. Students get homely atmosphere in hostel by getting healthy and good food at proper time. Staff maintain the hostel and its surroundings neat and clean.
