Pharm. D or Doctor of Pharmacy is a professional doctoral degree program in Pharmacy. It is a six-year course that includes five years of classroom learning and one year of internship or residency. The course is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in the field of pharmacy, including clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical care, patient counseling, and drug utilization. The institution has a fully equipped college building consisting of 20 laboratories with sophisticated instruments, 6 lecture halls, 2 seminar halls, a museum and an air conditioned auditorium with seating capacity of 1000. A well-stocked library with books, journals, and research materials related to pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences. The College is in Collaboration with pharmaceutical industries for internships, industrial visits, and practical exposure to manufacturing processes. The qualified and experienced faculty members with expertise in pharmaceutical sciences are available in the college. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls.
