B.Sc Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology is a three-year undergraduate program designed to train healthcare professionals specializing in the intricate and critical aspects of surgical and anesthesia procedures. BSc Optometry is an undergraduate degree program designed to train professionals in the field of optometry, focusing on eye care and vision correction. The curriculum typically spans three to four years and covers a range of subjects, including anatomy and physiology of the eye, optics, visual science, ocular diseases, and contact lens fitting. Students gain practical skills through clinical training, where they learn to conduct eye examinations, prescribe corrective lenses, and diagnose and manage various visual conditions. The program aims to prepare graduates for roles as optometrists who play a crucial role in primary eye care, offering services such as vision testing, prescription of eyeglasses and contact lenses, and detection of eye diseases.
