Terna Physiotherapy college is recognized by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists. The college has 4 year Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme with 6 months mandatory internship and has Master of Physiotherapy course with the duration of 2 years. Study of Physiotherapy provides services to individuals to develop, maintain the movement and functional ability throughout the lifetime. It includes providing services in various situations where movement and functions are suffered by ageing, injury, pain, diseases, disorders and environmental factors. In order to regain the initial state, they undertake a comprehensive examination of the patient, evaluate the findings from the examination and to make judgements regarding patients. After that, formulate a plan and provide necessary treatments to the patients.
The college has good spacious library with wide collection of books. Laboratories using modern and latest technologies are highly helpful for the effective Physiotherapy education. The college offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls and it is located in hospital campus. 24hrs water & electricity available to the students and staff. The hostel inmates are comfortable and are provides safety and security to everyone residing in hostel.
