Vivekananda Dental College for Women was established in 2007. With an intake of 50 students and over the years, it has grown by leaps and bounds to become one of the highly accomplished dental college affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Tamil Nadu, India.
The lectures are well supported by hands-on experience in the well-equipped laboratories. The library is well equipped with modern facilities and resources in the form of online databases, books, journals, back volumes of journals, WHO publications etc. The College has dental materials and preclinical labs for students to practice procedures before working with patients. Excellent accommodation facilities with well-furnished double, triple and four occupancy rooms with Wi-Fi facility, Sprawling and Artistic layout, Hygienic Kitchen, Spacious Dining Halls, Indoor Courts for Shuttle & Table Tennis. The college hostel facility is equipped with an air-conditioned gymnasium with state-of-the-art equipment especially for women.
